Discover - 1:1 Virtual Intro to Breathwork
This 75 minute "discovery" session is a great place to start if you are new to breathwork! In this class you'll learn about proper breathing mechanics along with tools to engage the nervous system to release stress and tension. I will guide you through integrative breathwork patterns, a grounding exercise that will bring you into your body, and we'll gently introduce you to a more active breathwork pattern (while lying down), followed by a rest and reintegration period from the comfort of your own home.

For a powerful shared experience in a cozy and inviting space, come join us for a monthly gathering at the Granby Yoga Barn. These 75 minute sessions are customized for groups and community while reconnecting to eachother and ourselves.

Trauma Informed 1:1 virtual sessions are designed to help clients move out of the mind and into the wisdom of the body. With tools including breath, movement and sound, we increase self awareness, explore energetic blockages, and access the body's innate healing abilities.
